[THIN] Shadow Advanced Connection Settings

Gday All
I have a client who wants to be able to shadow users without the user
being notified. I have tried to configure in the Citrix Connection
Configuration utility however the option is greyed out.
The strange thing is this is a fresh install with no restrictions applied
on shadowing (PS4.0 with Win2003 SP1). I have uninstalled and re-installs
PS4.0 but the option to change is still greyed out.
Any other ways this can be changed?
