[THIN] Set preferred Server for load balancing Published Apps

Hi

I publish a Citrix Desktop session across 2 Windows 2008 Citrix XA 6.5 servers.
We are using the default load evaluator. I want all sessions to go to Server
1 regardless of load across the 2 servers. I want Server 2 to be used only if
Server 1 is down. Is this possible? We don't use a Netscaler in our
environment..
