[THIN] Session Freeze

Windows 2000 SP4, Metaframe XP FR3.
I have an intermittent problem when users run my published Desktop
application. They are presented with the login window, they enter their
credentials and it looks as if the explorer shell will load. Problem is
that the session just hangs and the user is never presented with their
Desktop. I am able to log them out and then they are able to login
successfully immediately afterwards. Resource load does not appear to be an
issue. Anyone come across something similar?
