Nothing that I can tell. It's a WinNT TSE Citrix XP box. Shouldn't be any
other services running other then the usual stuff.

A service not shutting down in a timely manner perhaps. Does the event log=
have any pointers in it?
I've seen exchange 5.5 boxes that can take up to an hour+ to shutdown. The=
same servers shutdown normally when the exchange services were stopped bef=
ore shutting the box down. =20

I have seen this before but can't find the fix for it. I have a server that
when you do a restart, it hands at the little box that says preparing to
shutdown. It just hangs there. I let it sit for 30 minutes and it doesn't
move. Can anyone remember what might cause this? Its an NT TSE box. =20
