[THIN] Server add

Hey guys,
I recently wanted to rebuild a Terminal server which was running NT and install
2000. Not an upgrade but blow it away and start from scratch. I removed the
server from the domain (NT), synched the domain, waited an hour then tried to
reinstall. Wanting to use the same IP and servername (we'll say Server1), I
tried installing as such, however it kept telling me that Server1 had a
different SID associated with it.
Why, if I removed the server from the domain, did I get that error message?
