[THIN] Scripting AD account disable

Greetings,
We give out a lot of accounts to dealers and such for access via Citrix.
I'm looking for a scripting solution on Windows 2000 that would query
the DC's and disable any accounts that have been inactive for 90 days or
more.
Any suggestions on scripting format or resources that would accomplish
this?
