Hi Gunnar,

You can do this with Conference Manager, or the freeware MultiShadow
utility, or it's actually quite simple to do it with some scripting.

Create a couple of users, trainer1 and student1.

Give student1 shadowing rights.

Assign Student1 a login script that scans the servers in the farm for
trainer1 and then uses "cshadow /server:trainer1_server
trainer1_sessionid".

Send an email to all proposed attendees giving them the student1 login
details and time.

Login as trainer1, and as each student1 user logs on, they'll shadow
your session.

We were using this 4-5 years ago and it worked fine for up to 8 users.

regards,

Rick

I haven't done this but I think it is possible: Can I share MY
screen to a bunch of users to do a training session? I'm running 3.0
Adv.

        Gunnar
