Hello all,

We are using Citrix Web Interface for Metaframe XP (Wi 2.1) with Secure
Gateway 2.0. The web server is located in a DMZ zone.
We now want to implement 2 factor authentication.

I have tried safeword 2.0. This works great. I like that it integrates to
AD. I dislike the key token display.

I also want to try RSA Secure ID before I make my choice. But I cant make
this to work. The RSA implementaion guide is for the new web interface for
Metaframe Presentation server (wi 3.0).
I have no RSA option in the web interface admin. So I cant enable it. I
have verified the RSA Agent communication to my ACE server.

So my questions are:
Will safeword work with Web interface 3.0??
How can I get RSA Agent to work with Web interface 2.1??
Also, a bit offtopic, but will Web Interface 3.0 work with a Metaframe XP
SP2 farm?? (or must I upgrade the hole farm?)

Also, I must say I dislike very much the RSA Security support policy. Since
I only have a trial kit I can not get access to RSA support pages, nor
contact support to get help. I find this strange!

best regards,
Jonny
