Yes, it is all DHCP. The Wyse are getting a DHCP address, but it only
seems like after it boots into Windows.

Perhaps stating the obvious but:
Rapport finds Wyse TC ok. Wyse TC doesn't reach Rapport -> no
(correct) default gateway on Wyse TC?
