Use command-line Repadmin.exe tool from the Windows 2000 Support Tools suite.

I remember seeing somewhere before how to sync DC's in a win2k AD environment
but I can't remember how to do it. When I make a change on the primary, the
secondary doesn't update for a while. I think this command lets you sync it
right away. Anyone know?
