That is what I figured...thanks for the insight.  
 
I'm going to go ahead & start planning to create a seperate DB & change the
farm to use that DB.

It is a bad idea to use the Master DB for anything.  If you ever upgrade
your database or even apply service packs or Hotfixes that database can be
changed and could (very likely) cause you problems.

Where I'm working, they previoudly configured the MetaframeXP datastore to
use the Master DB on our SQL server.  I've read some conflicting articles on
the web regarding usind this DB to house the datastore.  I was wondering
what everyone in here thought....

I may just create a new database and migrate over to that if using Master is
going to be an issue.
