We Run SQL on 4 Citrix Servers her at my job, they all average about 20
to 25 simultaneous users. All of the servers are rather beefy, p3 dual
2gb Zeon's with 2gb or ram in each computer. In the SQL enterprise
manager you can set the amount of memory that sql will take, we have our
sql servers set to take a max of about 768 of the memory of the box
leaving the rest to the applications. However we are only running 2 apps
on them, and both are very light apps that my company rights.

Whether desirable is another question.
But if you have a gun to your head, and need to do it, rather than
purchase
a dedicated server then it's at least possible.
It will be a compromise though - for both "applications" ie terminal
services and SQL server. If you only have a small amount of terminal
services users, though and / or a very small server infrastructure...
Suitability wise you'd be better off with dedicated machines, but I
realise
that in small environments, or when budgetary constraints are quite
adverse,
sometimes certain sacrifices have to be made.
Just be happy / content you've accepted the technical costs to this,
though,
if you do it.
