[THIN] SP4, Citrix XPe FR3/SP3

Due to problems with Office XP, Microsoft wants us to upgrade to SP4.
Since we where already planning to upgrade our farm from FR2/SP2 to
FR3/SP3
I would like to know what problems I could expect.
What MS or Citrix patches do I have to install after SP4 (if any) to
escape
from the troubles Windows SP3 gave us?
