[THIN] Ricoh drivers

Hey all,
I've got a funny with the Ricoh drivers. I'm wondering if anyone has seen
this / has a fix for it.
I've setup a printer using the PCL5e driver and when users print through the
queue, it's looking for a watermark file and the name of that watermark file
which it's supposed to be printing is part of my user profile. As this file
doesn't exist in the regular user's profile, it prints out the path and
filename to the watermark file at the bottom of each page. Problem here is
that when I look at the printer's watermarks page, it says "(None)".
If I look at the first tab on "Setup" and scroll to the bottom, I see
"Watermark: On"
Anyone had this issue? Found a way to fix it?
