From your specific Win2k policy:

User config - administrative templates - system - logon/logoff -=20

Exclude directories in roaming profile

You can accept the defaults here, which include the temp Inet files, you
can also add your own.=20

Is there any way via group policy or some registry setting where I can
disable the use of temporary internet files for all Win2k TS users, or
to set it to 1 mb?

Thanks
