BUT------ be carefull,,,, sometimes it carsh outlook 2003 (not express)

Looks like 2003 server has that XP type restore on system files. How do
I accomplish my usual manual uninstall of Outlook Express?  2003 is
trying to be helpful by renaming them back. Thanks,Joanne
