It includes information about the Cleveland Clinic's 100+ Citrix server environment and how they overcame a number of obstacles in performing such a major upgrade without any downtime. The presentation covers recommendations on testing, pilot and processes that can be used by just about any company. This is an opportunity to learn from those who have gone before you .... JB Mills, Regional Manager for WholeSecurity, will show us how the combination of Confidence Online(tm) and MetaFrame Secure Access Manager enables employees remote access to the enterprise infrastructure on any computer, at anytime, without sacrificing security. WholeSecurity's Confidence Online(tm) solutions employ patent-pending behavioral detection technology that automatically identifies and eliminates both known and unknown threats without requiring users to install or update signatures. Confidence Online's proven zero-hour detection capabilities prevent the electronic theft of confidential corporate and personal data by eliminating eavesdropping threats, while mitigating the significant losses that stem from widespread worm infections. As on-demand technologies, Confidence Online and MetaFrame Secure Access Manager offer reduced deployment and management costs, centralized administration, decreased support volume, and increased productivity and mobility of the workforce. For an encore, we'll have Erik Gerard, Systems Engineer I at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, back up to the podium to tell us about their deployment of MetaFrame Secure Access Manager and the Citrix secure gateway that provides remote access to the Clinic's healthcare applications for healthcare practioners. You'll hear how the Cleveland Clinic Secure Access Manager project has won overwhelming acceptance by the user community and valuable strategies for implementing remote access solutions in environments where security demands are set by government regulations, i.e., HIPAA.
