Sounds like content re-direction from the server to the client. Check
out the admin doc on content redirection.

I want to publish two URL's that are not accessable that user on
outside of our network could get access to. I have one MF Xpa sever
that has local server drives remapped, but everytime the batch file
runs that launches the URL file, CMD passes the call to the local
install of IE, and not on the server.
Any ideas?
