[THIN] Publishing a single directory

I have published explorer.exe pointing to a single directory that
certain users need access to. Is there an effective way to lock them
from going anywhere from that directory without having to make changes
that effect all users on the machine? Something as basic as removing
the pull down menus and address bar would probably work, but something
more absolute is preferred
