[THIN] Published application corruption?

Metaframe 1.8, NFuse 1.5 with Project Columbia on IIS4. Some of my
published apps seem to have become corrupt somehow. When you click on the
icon for one, it launches a completely different one instead. Is this a
matter of corruption on the NFuse side or with the published apps
themselves?
