[THIN] Proxy via GPO

Okay. I can see how to add a proxy via GPO.
Is there away to remove this proxy setting when the user logs out so
It's not written to their registry?
example.
TestServer in a specific OU, Proxy GPO applied.
User logs out, logs onto another server where I don't want that GPO
applied with a blank proxy or not enabled. However, the proxy is still
there.
I re-read loopback, which I thought was this solution, but I don't think
it is.
Any thoughts?
