[THIN] Program running slow on XPa but not from the console

Hi,
I have an issue. We publish an application that runs great on Windows
Server 4.0 through MetaFrame 1.8.
Our problem is that when we upgrade to Windows 2000 Server and MetaFrame
XPa, the software runs
extremely slow. The program runs great from the console but not through
MetaFrame XPa on W2K server.
Has anyone run into these issues and if so assistance would be appreciated.
