[THIN] Problems with Office 2k under CITRIX MF XPa

Dear all,
I have the problem that some office documents (Word, Excel) just close
during the users work with them. We use CITRIX MF XPa SP4 on Win 2k
servers SP 4. We use MS Offise 2000 SR1 SP3. After I create a new user the
dont have these problems any more. Has anybody had alreay such a problem?
