[THIN] Problems, when Memory > 2GB ?

Hi list
Has anyone made negative experience with Citrix boxes having more than 2 GB
RAM.
I once heard that some applications may crash, when they try to allocate
memory in an area above 2 GB.
Is that true ?
All the apps we use are very common: Office 2000, LN 5.07, IE 5.5, etc.
We got new servers with 2,5 GB equiped. Up to now we stopped at the 2GB
barrier, but I never tried apps above that limit.
