Ok i got past this now when I run it, it tells me that another user is running the software on this server and to have them close it before I can run it again. No one else is running this software. You need to have the PCW100.ini file (100 is the version number, so seach accordingly) and the BTI.ini file. Both of these are found in \WINNT\. A word to the wise - if you have Win2k SP3 on your server - you won't be able to print through a terminal services session, only from the console. I don't know why, yet.
