[THIN] Printer rights

I have one user trying to print to a network printer on a print server. The
print server is imported into citrix xp and her group given rights to it.
She can print to it in everything but Outlook. She tries to print an email
from outlook and she gets a message about not having rights to this printer.
I have tried recreating her roaming profile. I have tested other users
printing to this same printer. Still nothing. Has anyone seen this before?
