I do have a couple shop floor machines which I have added a network printer
to, that when they connect to the Citrix server, the queues do not show at
all.
They were just updated to 6.31.1051 on Friday. I hit the server with my
networked printers and 6.31.1051, it works fine. They connect and I see no
printers for them at all...

Could that be because it is connecting directly to the printer share
(like FR2 does) if it can enumerate the client printer and find the
printer share on the network?
Check out the Printers and look at the port. Is it going to the client
port or directly to the network share.

I seem to recall that FR2 along with the hotfixes (29 in particular)
were
supposed to get rid of the long client\xxxxxx\label printer type of
printer
names in Citrix. I notice that when I connect to a FR2 server with my
machine with 6.31.1051 client, mine come up as just the share name....
Anyone have ideas?
