[THIN] Presentation Server version and download location for W2K3x64

What is the last version of Presentation Server that works with Windows
2003 x64 R2?
Is it still available on Citrix's site somewhere? Where can I download it?
Unfortunately I can't get the company to spring for $200K in Microsoft
licensing this year. So I need to make do with what I've got. I'm going to
build a new server farm and harden it as best I can.
