I set mine to delete any created shortcuts.

I give them the app. In location A. If they start creating all these icons
and such....I have less control.

Subject: [THIN] PnAgent

I recently deployed the 8.10 PNAgent to select users and they have their
applications displayed in a folder above Start\Program Files.
They have since found out if they right click on the pnagent files and
select copy they can copy shortcuts to their desktop.

Now they are complaining that from time to time clicking the shortcut
generates an error stating "the path no longer existed for that shortcut"

Has anyone ever experienced this and is this method of using the Agent even
a supported feature of the client?
