There is a setting in the Activesync software when you first connect that
asks whether you want to duplicate items if you haven't connected before to
that machine. They are probably choosing the wrong setting.

The best solution is to only put activesync on one of your servers or give
your activesync users local outlook access. Since we only have about 10 in
our org we give them local outlook and make them sync to only one PC.

Subject: [THIN] Palm problems (Please help)

I have a three server farm (W2K, MFXP). Users login to a published desktop.
Severs need to use Palms and sync to Outlook. Running Outlook 2002 and
Exchange 5.5.
My problem is that we are getting a lot of duplications on both the Palms
and in Outlook. I believe it is because the users are syncing from different
computers (i.e. different load balanced servers).
Anyone have a solution?
