I think it's only *some* of the phone products, though, that run any
windows derivatives.

All the true Palm devices (ie not smartphones made by Treo - and even a
couple of them run PalmOS), run PalmOS AFAIK - so Palm Pilots and
handhelds it's definitely PalmOS.
