[THIN] PVS 5.6 SP1

Hello list,
We have the following issue with PVS 5.6.1 - has anyone seen this before?
XenDesktop 4.0
Hyper V
PVS 5.6 upgraded to SP1 by uninstalling 5.6, rebooting and installing 5.6.1
Upgraded the master virtual image (XP)
The caching should write to the local disk (Which is there) however, it
defaults back to the server. If we use local RAM, it's fine. Set it to local
HD, then it goes back to the server.
When we uninstall SP1, it works fine again.
Any help at all is greatly appreciated...
