When I installed R01, I had to give authenticated users "access this
computer from the network" to every Citrix server in the farm. This is
needed for client application enumeration (thanks again for the tip Jeff!).

Subject: [THIN] PS4 R01 and subsequent hotfixes
I've still yet to apply PS4 R01. Initially there were a bunch of posts
about needing to recreate the ICA listener and other assorted problems.
After that, whenever someone asked, it seemed to be smooth sailing on
feedback, no need to recreate the listener or any other know problems that I
saw on posts to the list. Is this still the general consensus?
I looked through all the post R01 hotfixes for W2K3 and I didn't find a
single one that replaces a previous one, so I assume once I put R01 on, I
should apply all the subsequent hotfixes in the date order of their release?
