[THIN] PPA Printers

Are PPA (printer performance architecture; i.e., stupid) Printers able to be
used via the FR3 Universal Print Drivers? I have a Deskjet 710C that gets
mapped to the FR3 PCL4 UPD, but doesn't generate any output.
