My users are on regular computers, not thin clients, so they have the
look and appearance of the desktop they are used it with just PNAgent.
I do folder redirection on their my documents to the same place Citrix
is told to look. Is there anything else to gain?

Do both. Give them a basic empty desktop and start menu and
then use the agent to populate the icons. Works especially well for
thin clients. You get all the benefits of published apps and the users
get the desktop and the things that go with it. Like a printers folder,
my computer, and the look and appearance they are used to. I usaully do
this with a mandatory profile with some folder redirections. The flex
profile kit is great too for handling outlook settings etc. It becomes
a very easy environment to manage.

        Give it a try.
