Is it service packed? Have you tried deleting and recreating her profile? J -----Original Message----- From: Michael Boggan [mailto:MBoggan@xxxxxxxxxxx]=20 Sent: Tuesday October 22, 2002 11:08 AM To: THIN (E-mail) Subject: [THIN] Outlook in citrix I have a user that is having a slight problem. In Citrix / nt4.0 domain, using roaming profiles. She logs in and runs outlook. Then she creates shortcuts in the left hand pane of outlook. They will be there 3 or 4 days then, one morning she will come in and login and they are gone. her account is still setup so she isn't loosing profile info. But for some reason, the shortcuts aren't there anymore on the left hand side. Anyone ever seen this before? _________________________________=20 =20 Michael Boggan Network Engineer/Citrix Admin Virtual Desktop Inc.=20 Dallas, Texas=20 Ph: (972) 960-6400=20 Fax: (972) 960-6445=20 email: mboggan@xxxxxxxxxxx=20 http://www.virtualdesktopinc.com=20 _________________________________=20 =20 For Technical Support please send email to support@xxxxxxxxxxx=20 *********************************************** This weeks sponsor Emergent Online http://www.go-eol.com Visit Jim Kenzig of thethin.net at the Emergent Online Booth #221 at Citrix Iforum 2002!
