[THIN] Outlook default to My Docs

Can any one help? Please?
Running Outlook 2000 on Citrix XPe FR2...when you do a file open, it
defaults to My Documents and thus overrides the GPO and shows users the
system drive....
Does anyone know the reg key that controls this (in a similar fashion to the
rest of the office apps) or the default reg key that points everything to My
Documents.
I have thought of Folder redirection from the GPO as I have done in the past
to overcome this, but the client in question is huge so basic redirection
wouldn't work and
complex redirection would literally take months (180,000 users)
