[THIN] Outlook 2003 issue

Hi all,

I hope this is an easy one. Using MF XP FR3 I can't seem to get outlook working for anyone but the administrator. I've reinstalled twice, applied patches etc but to no avail. Here is the situation:

Outlook 2003, NO exchange server just IMAP.
Application Data directory is redirected to the user's home directory.
Outlook works fine for the administrator
Outlook comes up for the user but will never connect to the mail server. It just continues to prompt for userid/password.

I've checked technet and the group archive but can't find any reference to this. I suspect a permission problem somewhere but can't seem to find out where.
