[THIN] Old app works with Power User rights but not user rights

I am trying to get adobe 7 working on our w2k3 TS and found that it
works on this server with power user rights but not user.
I have other server that work set more or less the same but don't need
power user.
So I did monitoring of registry and file access and did not see any
access denied. Now I am wondering what else power user could be
allowing?
