Im having a minor issue when automating setting up a user profile for the
first time. I have installed office XPSR1 with text services and other
useless tools removed into a new terminal server farm. But I cannot seem to
stop the language from defaulting to US. I would like to set it to NZ
language.

We can set it manually and it sticks fine, but it would be nice to have this
all automated for users when they log in for the first time so they don't
have to do any setup tasks.

The desktop environment is locked down quite tightly with Win2k GPO's and
the Office XP ADM's are used.

Any one got any ideas?
