[THIN] Office XP for thin clients

I had to do a reinstall of Office XP on one of our Metaframe XP boxes.
After doing the install per MS KB828955 (how to install Office 2003 on a
Computer that is running Windows Terminal Server) and MS Paper "Deploying
Office XP on Windows Terminal Services", I only have a problem with Outlook.
People can now open Outlook and see everything there, but when they try to
open up an e-mail message in their in-box, they get an error message
stating: "can't open this item."
Any ideas?
