Anyone succesfull running Office Scan 8 on Citrix XP Fr3 SP4 win2k sp4.
Upgraded last week and after the weekend reboot out first 15 users get
on each server then nothing. Getting the user resource error increase
reg size cannot load profile. Then it fails, if I stop the trend service
I get a few more users on. Our servers are fairly old as we are in
process of investagating new version.
I have found a couple of trend issues one saying v 8 is not supported on
metaframe and presentation server dated 10/04/07 id 1034987 and then one
stating that the engine needs updated to 8.510-1003 we are currently
running v 8.55-1001. haave just logged a support call with reseller.
Any input would be apreseated.
