[THIN] OT: win2000 setup boot disk

I have my win2000 cd and I am wanting to rebuild my laptop with a fresh
install. But for some reason it will NOT boot from the cd at all. Is there
a way to make a setup 3.5" disk to boot from and start the setup for win2000
pro?
