You could create a public exchange calendar not linked to their account but
permission to modify it.

Thanks

Subject: [THIN] OT- simple and cheap shared calender

Off topic- I have a small customer of 15 users in which two lawyers have
PC's and 13 others have thin clients running on TS. The lawyers have =
Outlook
2003 on the PC. The users only have Outlook Express and work solely on =
the
TS. They would like a way to show, post, or share the two laywers =
calendars
to the rest of the office, however, they don't have or want Exchange.

Any ideas?
