Without checking… 2003 should detect all the hardware in a ML530 G1, and
install OK first time. Check your BIOS / Firmware is up to date. Windows
Update should find any hardware updates, and the latest HP Proliant Support
Pack should install all the correct drivers.
It should be very straight forward. If it isn’t, try:
- SmartStart installation of the server
- Phone Compaq (HP) support
- Alt.sys.pc-clone.compaq.servers
- Email me
