Open explorer, tools, folder options, view, uncheck the first box
"automatically search for network folders and printers"

Subject: [THIN] OT WinXP

How do I turn off the Windows XP autoadd printer option? I have remote
users with dozens of printers showing up on their PC because it finds
and connects every printer that is available on their local network.
This causes unnecessary load on the Citrix servers as it attempts to
autocreate all of those printers for the client session.

Thanks,
Jan Broucinek, System Manager
