[THIN] OT: WinPE and 902.1x in the DOD world

So, anyone get WinPE to connect through 802.1x, maybe even someone in the
DOD world? I'm slowly working through it but having issues getting through
the user authentication piece (using ms chap-V2 with a cisco RADIUS
server). I'm not gettting "command is not supported" when executing
"netsh lan set eapuserdata filename=\winpe\Wired-WinPE-UserData-EAP-TLS.xml
allusers=yes interface=*"
Procmon isn't revealing anything to interesting so far.
