[THIN] OT: View SMTP on Windows 2003

Sorry for the off topic post but I'm sure someone knows this. In Windows
2003 I have installed the SMTP service but I can't find anyone to set
the settings. On 2000 you could go into IIS and view it and set relaying
rules, authentication etc. How do I do this on 2003? This is driving me
nuts!
