[THIN] OT: Strange Outlook Contacts behaviour

I'm scraping relevancy because this is in a TS set-up.
We have 10 people able to see a public folder, all with Publishing
Editor permissions. It has 720 contacts in. 9 of the 10 users are able
to see all 720 contacts. One user can only see about 330. She has the
same permissions as everyone else, I've reset her View to default, no
filters, etc.
Anyone got a clue if I'm missing something obvious, or do I just have to
destroy profile and start again?
