[THIN] OT: Service will not start

We have a couple of NT Servers having an issue where the scheduler service
will not start due to logon error because it is using a domain acct, and it
appears that the service is trying to start on reboot before the NIC
initializes so there is no logon server to process the logon. Anyone have
an idea on how to fix this?
